What is the return policy?
Every piece, including my canvas prints, is professionally photographed to accurately reflect the real-life colors of the paintings. If you require additional photos or videos, please don't hesitate to contact me for assistance. To avoid needing a return.
Are any purchases final sale?
Returns are not accepted for canvas prints due to their custom production, while Original artwork returns can be considered. Customer satisfaction is a priority.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your original art order as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with Tracking information. Canvas Prints and Lifestyle products are custom made they take 8- 10 to manufacture, then 3-5days for shipping.
Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
All Originals are painted by me in my Melbourne Studio, Prints are printed and Framed locally using Australian Sustainable timber frames.
How much does shipping cost?
Local (Australia) is FREE, Global is free for rolled Prints and Originals, Shipping framed worldwide starts at approx cost of$350
Can I order custom size original artwork?
You sure can we call this "commissioning an artwork" you select the size and style and I will create it just for you. This process can take about a month and a half. With a 50% deposit to begin and final payment before shipping and you are happy.
